EMI-One is our smart monitoring solution. On the basis of sensors it enables the identification and observation of various environmental parameters like temperature, humidity, smoke etc. Due to the possibility to set certain thresholds and to trigger pre-alarms, errors can be detected early in order to prevent system breakdowns. At the same time the access can be managed and controlled electronically, for example by setting several handle regulations. The EMI-One can be conveniently configured quickly by using a web browser.
Thanks to its compact design (H=31, W=71, D=196mm), the EMI-One system can be mounted in a variety of ways. For example, when installed in a server or network cabinet, it can be mounted on a 19″ shelf, on the cabinet frame or on the
19″ profile is possible. However, the small dimensions also allow flexible integration in other applications, even where space is limited.
Commissioning the EMI-One access control and monitoring system is extremely simple. The ports on the back of the unit are used for the power and network connection as well as for connecting all sensors. Four outputs are available, e.g. for controlling handles, fans or lamps, as well as four inputs for sensor queries. RS485 bus connections are also used for communication with external peripheral devices, such as a GSM module or a display. Two additional sensor ports enable the connection of a combined climate sensor and a temperature sensor and/or RFID reader. Once the required interfaces have been connected, the EMI-One system is configured. A clear and user-friendly web interface is used for this purpose.
The use of an additional display offers further functionalities. For example, electronic handle controls can be carried out without the need to hand over a key, chip or RFID card. It is also possible to visualize the monitored parameters and service activities to be carried out.
